From Post #4 in this thread, under "No cash back merchants", Lazada App is listed.

But in the same post (post #4), Visa Signature & Quantum MasterCard > Online Transaction, Lazada Online Store is listed.

So if I'm buying item in Lazada, how to know whether I'm getting cashback or not using Quantum?

Guys, just want to confirm on the PB Quantum Visa and Mastercard, is it we are entitled for RM30 cash back per card per statement?? Or only RM 30 cashback for 2 cards?

Means to say, i am asking if i spent RM 600 on online purchase (Quantum Mastercard) and also RM 600 on Department Store (Quantum Visa), will i get RM 60 cash back next month or only RM 30?

Recently Fave apps purchase did not trigger OTP. No cash back when received statement. Appealed and CS called back within three days. Told me that cannot get cash back. Need to manually key in credit card details, and cannot pre register in apps. I asked CS, if Fave not online, then what is it as I did not key in my pin or physically tap my card?

I requested for second review. CS reminded me to manually key in credit card details in the future. Told him no issue as I will not be using PBB cards for Fave. Got my cash back a few days after that. Considering to use YOLO.
