Yes.. I am also referring to the 6% card feature... end of the day... they can say what they want and also decide what to give... hence that is what I refer as nonsense. Basically they decide what to give to us.... and they can tweak their statement accordingly if they decide one day to stop... then say in TnC mentioned only principal card..  when they give now say they give due to system setup not yet fixed...

Say here and there... end of the day.. they win... we can only follow what they decide to give us...

I don think this is non sense as it really clearly stated in the tnc.. anyway, PBB has been generous on the cashback and we should appreciate we get now until the day it “fixed”.. I think so far only CIMB give separate cashback but they have revised their TnC.. n their online txn category is so limited..

feel so surprise, i get a double transaction charge on last month, email them the problem and also call them, at the end ask me to fill up a dispute form. but the cs said if i dont keep the receipt then the chance to getting back is 0. and the dispute form mention like got charge me dont know how much to open a file to check for me so i didnt fill in and just email back the digital receipt (for member to collect point one, not the real credit card receipt).

Today i get the credit back in my account~

Just sharing: KINOKUNIYA online purchase has much later transaction date, hence hard to plan for 6x/10x swipe.
I made the purchase with OTP on Sep 4, however the actual transaction is Sep 14 (when they are ready for sending out the books).

This is still eligible for online 5% rebate though (Quantum MC).

Frankly speaking, Principal cardholder shall receive 1 single bill only including transactions from the supplementary cardholders. If the principal doesn't pay, then the supplementary cardholder shall be liable for his/her transactions.

If separate bills, no way the principal will find out the transactions from supplementary cardholders and the principal may exercise his/her rights to terminate the supplementary cards when necessary. If the supplementary doesn't pay, then principal is liable but it is too late to rectify.

again and again, this discussion on split vs combined statement is moot.

different ppl has different needs and manages the supp lines differently.

some principal wants the supp to manage and pay themselves. some principal wants to control all the supp transactions and payment.

there's no right or wrong. there is no 1-size-fits-all usage behavior.

we all here taking advantage of the loophole to multiply the CBs (principal + supp + supp + supp ..........)

Haha I also found and used the "loophole", but the procedure may be not right to all parties.
We shall appreciate and not feel offended and angry.

pbb visa signature.. looks like both principal and supplementary can access.. question on tnc:

5. Access Privilege counts for principal and supplementary cardmembers are combined.

https://www.pbebank.com/pdf/Cards/tc_klia.aspx

meaning shared access? if granted 3x, means if both principal and supp went in, then left only 1x ?

Don't know if PB/PPL allows both of principal and supplementary use the privilege together on the same day.
I was informed by PPL staff I could use the privilege ONCE only a day regardless of locations.
