receive the Valentino 3-in-1 luggage set today.
the small orange item actually is Passport holder. (not like last round - backpack)

color is same as advertise. Quality so so, case feel very soft bumper plastic

How to let them feel that Telekom is not utility?

Just tell them your cashback for which week and what promo is less than what you think you're supposed to get. Ask them to kindly investigate on that matter. No need additional info for them.

your telekom is not the problem, no need waste time explaining to cs as they dont know the technicality of the cashback calculation mechanism.

culprit could be the mpsp, so techically you achieved 6x eligible swipes.

For Telekom & Unifi, I always pay with UOBPayonline. No problem for VS 6% and 10x swipe promo

Got missing cash back on Week 4 & 5, called CS, turn out mistake at their end.

Week 4 = 6 UOB Payonline / TM
Week 6 = 6 UOB Payonline / Unifi

06 OCT 06 OCT (DGP) GET REWARDED C/BACK-WK6 50.00 CR
09 OCT 09 OCT (DGP) (DGP) RET REWARDED C/BACK-WK5 50.00 CR

Thanks for the information. Shopee uses CyberSource which is based in US as the payment gateway. This explains why you still received cash back for your Shopee transactions done on Thursday at 12am++. Trasaction date shall be recorded as Wednesday then.

Based on our previous experience, we can say that under normal circumstances, cash back quota finishes by Wednesday. But we have no idea whether it is AM or PM.

CS said no issue to cancel either card.

you can try for your quantum card once gotten the luggage bag sweat.gif

But both useful for me. Visa very useful when I shopping at Parkson. Haha
