the question/statement was not about making payment.

it was about making ADVANCE payment, when your bill already -ve? can you still make MORE payment donation to TM?

Good, so as long as the balance is still +ve I can make advanced payment.

yes, at most can overpay 1 time when the balance is +ve. same annoyance for RM5 Rebate Redemption at TMRewards. laugh.gif

guess they want to prevent excess/erroneous payment by user.

No, the Quantum card come with 2 card. You can simpan the Visa inside drawer since the AF is free

personally, i'd prefer to keep the Visa. useful for Departmental & Entertainment (eg use for movie tix if your Quantum Mastercard already maxed out).

My last transaction was on 30th August also, and got full RM50. Just saw the week 6 full RM50 amount came in as well, this week I finished by Tuesday.

call CS to investigate.

claim that you made 10x RM50 within the week. *upfront ignore* mentioning the MPSP transactions, unless PBB stated explicitly those are not eligible (if so, ask them why brows.gif , just interested to know their answer )

if you should get at least RM20, then continue pressing them to recalculate. they'll take some time, usually around 1 week to revert back to you on their checking/calculation.
