QUOTE(ClarenceT @ Nov 11 2017, 10:04 AM) 16/10 UOB Payonline new redundant charges appearing on 10/11 !!! Now I’m really afraid to use uobpayonline.. aihz..so the problems had not been resolved. Check your card accounts again if you used UOB payonline on 16/10. Call both PB and Uob to check and send dispute form to PB as well.. Anyone use uobpay to pay Telekom Malaysia recently? |

QUOTE(saitong09 @ Nov 13 2017, 07:36 PM) 20k + 35k Yup I know all that. I have my own plan to make full use of the cards. My expenses alone monthly is super high. And after due calculations , it’s much more worth it for me to get the cards by pledging FD. As it is the 35K and 20K would be lying idle in my savings accounts. So might as well let these amounts do little work for me and at the same time help me reap the most out of my expenditures. |

Since pledging FD is also locking your fund for a certain period, why not just place the money into a promotional fixed deposit rate (>4%) instead of lying it idle in your saving accounts? You will earn much more than cashback from PBB cards.Just curious. |

You will earn much more than cashback from PBB cards. When I apply , I’ll apply for principal plus 5 or 6 supplementary card’s together. I involve my family members in the expenses of the household. Coupled with the 6x/10x weekly rewards , I stand to get 15-16% cashback per principal card. Just curious. So in a year , the amount I save from my otherwise routine expenses , is worth a lot compared to whatever I get from placing those funds in FD. Besides , there are enough funds in FD.
