For this region it will. PES2017 if I recall took around 1-2 months before it appeared on our Steam region

It's been released on Steam for quite a while already since PES2015 I believe, it's not just PES though, they've ported or moved a lot of their games to Steam for the past 5 years.

There's no difference if you can get the global key. It's the same version as even for retail because they'll install the game via Steam for PC versions IINM.

Yes there is no different between global and non global key in term of game play. Just that non global key you need that add key with vpn to bypass locked region

Yeah, but I would still get the Global Key even if it meant paying up to $5 bucks more.

We don't know what Steam will do when it comes to games being unlocked using VPN in the future.

just bought the game on steam last night and finish dl-ed. but it crash on start up. everytime i click settings in the pes folder, it crashes too and clicking the pes icon, it says missing file.. api-ms-win-crt-convert-l1-1-0.dll

any sifu here faced this issue?

yes. verified without a problem. quick searched online, a lot of ppl facing this issue. some say pes doesnt support 5.1 or 7.1 audio, need to change the audio settings, some others said driver issue or need to dl .exe or .setting files online. change the audio setting and update driver still cant play. feels like 10years back dl from torrent, need to look for proper .exe crack to play the game. steam

now uninstall and re-dl. hopefully can play.

finally made it work few days back. reinstall Visual C++, GPU driver, install DX11.1 and update windows.

Q1. i cant seem to find any online player on quick match. network issue? streamyx 4mbps user.
Q2. Which patch are you guys using?

I'm just using the option file with the correct kits and emblem posted in OP. Transfers/stats and form are mostly up to date thanks to KONAMI.
