Canon has their own service center at HQ building in Shah Alam opposite KTM Subang if you're within the area. Otherwise will need to send for service at 3rd party shops.
As for charges, you will need to bring in your gear to their centre and technicians will check and an SMS will be sent to you along with the quotation. If you are agreeable, then only we will proceed to repair/service. |
