i never did it. but once teman my friend did it somewhere in penang with this famous uncle tua, 1 session is about rm300. but my friend said after that can feel the difference.

that's the thing about massages, you just have to surrender yourself to the masseuse and don't ask too many questions. the more anxious you are, the more your body tenses up so the massage might not be very effective i think.

the purpose is they make it so pain that any next pleasure is amazing in contrast.
