Hi guys, my maybankard 2 were activated sometime on the 3rd week of august. All's good just that for some reason i have not received the credit card statements yet. i have made about rm300 plus charges and even got some cashback on 1st of september 2017, but the CC statement section on MB2U is still blank. Can anyone advise how to retrieve the statement? I dont want to risk being charged late payment penalty. Thanks!

hi guys, a quick question, can we pay Time broadband with MBB Amex? There's option for TT dotcom sdn. bhd. in M2U but we can't select our Amex CC as payment.

Just wondering if there's any other way?

I just managed to pay my Time Broadband bills with MBB Amex albeit via a very traditional method, phone call!

Read from Time website that they accept Amex payment only via phone call. Tried my luck last Saturday, called their customer service about 11.30pm. They asked for my CC card numbers, expiry date and card holder name (didnt ask for the 4 digit security code) and voila received email from Time that payment is completed + receipt.

Well, I'm not really sure if saving that 5% is worth the risk of exposing my CC details to the operator, although technically it should still be safe since i didnt expose my security code.

Anyway, im glad i could pay all my major utilities fees (TNB + Time BB + Digi) with this Amex card.

Hi guys, im interested to redeem this Fifa Germany Jersey for 22,000 points, but it's mentioned as Visa Exclusive. My points are all obtained from my Amex Plat MBB although i do have a Visa card from the 2card offer.

Any idea how can i redeem this jersey? Do i just bring along the Visa card for redemption? Is there a separation on points gained from Amex vs Visa?
