Just got approval from maybank yesterday. How long will it take for MBB to call me to collect the card?

Just activated my card this morning. Swipe at FNB in IOI Mall, accepted. But got "do not honored" when do EPP (Ezypay) to buy Iphone. Call CS, she said need to wait 24 hours. Is it normal?
