Just wondering cuz i saw paypal rules of thumb on the first page, the purpose of link paypal with amex is because of its wide acceptance only right or is there anything i missed out?

There will still be total of 3% charged for foreign currency trx if u pay with amex / paypal that linked with amex right?

For my case, rejection of cc is not appear on CCRIS at least not on the user copy. I applied public bank quantum cc and rejected and this record never showed up in the ccris. That is why i am confused why others saying it messed up your ccris record but in my own ccris record i didn't see the rejection record in the bottom part.

Unless the bank have another set of ccris where they can see the application status for the past 6 month of the person.

do we get to exchange shopping voucher like aeon voucher at treatfair at lower rate? dont have much point here. not sure if its worth to go all the way to midvalley.

iirc not every terminal support paypass. those terminal that support visa paywave might not support paypass and vice versa. you might need to check on the terminal.
