Sifu wanna ask something, just now (Sat) i made 3 transactions with my amex card 1st and 2nd transactions at Aeon big amounted rm150 each,3 rd one was at MacD amounted rm18. I want to know will my 3rd transaction get cb or need to spend above rm20 only entitled?

Yes. Own account won't allow you to pay more than the outstanding balance. Need to do ibg or cdm. Ibg la 10sen only ma if cdm petrol also more than 10 sen.

I emailed them before,they ask me to provide latest income documents but I lazy to prepare it so I temporary postpone I application. I holding 4 mbb card all gold only la.

Create pin and activate it. Sign on back of the card. Then test it at petrol station or MacDonald, these are normally what I did when received new cc.

Just activate it it's free anyway, don't take the risk of Mbb self cancel it and charge you af for only using Amex. This card must come in pairs.
