Just click on "Pay any amount now" beside the outstanding balance. Should be no problem.

I usually use the Maybank App. Much faster.

M2u cannot pay more than total outstanding balance. U may try other bank giro or CDM.

That means your outstanding balance is lesser than statement balance, you cannot overpay the amount. Just pay the lesser amount.

Available Limit isn’t displayed, however there’s a way around it which is to use the Balance Transfer feature and it will tell you the available limit for your Balance Transfer (which is 80% of your actual available limit).

Me too, having same problem when trying to Apply Balance Transfer, EzyCash and EzyPay in Maybank2U. Is it all users having same problem or only certain users having this problem?
