Since I have no clue whether biller 5454 can pay with CC, I ended the conversation with the CS by accepting the fact. Anyone here could verify this?
Some merchants opt NOT to accept payment from credit card using jompay, posibly higher charges, another example is Great Eastern insurance, and using rhb will upright written this biller does not accept credit card.
