My dad owns other maybank cc for a long time with good payment records. He's now retired and want to switch, (not apply a new cc) from his other maybank cc to this 2 cards but the sales person said cannot since my dad is no longer working, which I don't understand since he already owns a cc anyway and he is actively using it. Anyone already retired and manage to get this card? Any other work around?

I applied this cc via ringgit plus. I'm wondering why must they register ctos for me? I owned other cc at the moment and the previous bank never even register a ctos account for me  |

Does maybank send statement to ur email? How long does it takes for them to send? I can check on maybank site my statement date is 6 July, but I still haven't receive any statement im email

I don't quite understand the billing system, my billing cycle is 6th of every month. but maybank will give cashback on the 1st of every month. then what about my purchase from 2nd to 5th? no cashback?  |
