Interesting....i thought it's just a card for Barca fans. 2% on all purchases sounds good for insurance payments, although I couldn't find any mentioning of how the cashback works and exclusions.

I had a negative experience using my Amex card today. I was buying a big ticket item (in the thousands of ringgit) but I couldn't complete my transaction at the store after 3 attempts. After switching to my Mastercard, I had no problems with completing my payment.

The Cashback and 5xTP were one of the main reasons I chose to have the Amex card in the first place but if I can't take advantage of these two features, what's the point?

I'm going to lodge a complaint to see if I can get the remaining TP that I am owed.

The staff not allow ,he say due to my basic low ,tick the 2 gold for me

1u call go for collection ,i ask izzit possible to add Barcelona? She say yes ,but when i arrived the guy say no…wtf

February i pass a roadshow i ask the staff help add for Barcelona ,it done smoothly no question
Last month march ,i apply thru email for premier card approved

No need headache like poor people like us need cancel or see if can hit waiver limit or not.

Waa... Almost every year purchase 1 car can enough for waive AF. 
If those high tier cards only for business or enterprise cc, then nothing to comment.
But if is an individual cc, require high spending. I feel it's non-sense already.

Of course if bank want to get your sales, bank can help you to waive the AF by call bank to request.
Unless the particular bank business too big already until won't scare you terminate card.

My dad owns other maybank cc for a long time with good payment records. He's now retired and want to switch, (not apply a new cc) from his other maybank cc to this 2 cards but the sales person said cannot since my dad is no longer working, which I don't understand since he already owns a cc anyway and he is actively using it. Anyone already retired and manage to get this card? Any other work around?

thanks senior, because of job change, my pay will be reduced from my current job, but in totality, the salary is higher due to fixed allowances.
My current bonus payout is not reflected BE form, but based on 2017 EA form, the totality is above RM50k, so does it qualify? Will they accept EA form instead?
