The extra tunggakan appear every month which is "Kos Pentadbiran"
I believe it's the interest.
Eg : my monthly suppose to be RM 100 per month,
But I instead pay it RM 200 every month,
but every middle of month there is still few ringgit of tunggakan there, then I just settle it online.
So far no issue with me. CCRIS no problem to apply any loan/credit card.

Weekends any spending by using Maybank 2 Amex, yes.

Cannot get your meaning.
Any transaction during weekends by Amex will be having 5% rebate.
And there is capped of RM 50 per month.
In others words, your spending of first RM 1,000 will get 5% rebate.

No so call accumulated. Any amount spend during weekends will rebate 5%, but there is capped of RM 50 per month.
Means max rebate you get for per month is RM 50 only (equivalent to RM 1000 purchase)
Phone bill yes, you can pay with M2U. Installment no rebate.

Yes. Installment only start deducted your credit limit.
And every instalment only posted on your statement date.
And even statement date sometimes fall on weekends, still no CB. I tried.

As I know currently Mastercard do have Agoda promo.
It apply to all bank Mastercard.

TWD. Last month paid with HKD also no issue.
Try many times, even I deleted the card from wallet and add back also cannot.
The AMEX card wont appeared when I want choose card to pay.
