Is there any age limit for supplementary card holder? I understood maximum age limit for principal card holder is 65.

3 days ago I am allowed to choose AMEX for FPX payment for shopee (iPay88).
Today I can't choose CC anymore for FPX payment.
Straight away shows only Savings account, just like previously.
Wanted to test weekend CB.
Maybe Maybank found the error and fixed it.
Anyone wanna try again?

May I know what is the reason for imposing the age limit for supplementary card holder?

This is the constraint in the new M2U website, i still prefer the classic M2U.

I don't find it useful to use the app where can be performed via the web whereby the transactions history also have limited transactions only compare to the web.

Hi all, do you guys encounter any problem when using amex at Shell petrol station? The terminal shows "please insert card again" when I slot in Amex card. No problem using the visa card

Just tried no issue. Did the terminal request for ur PIN? Try other terminal see if same problem still persist.

Anyone use JomPay to pay for biller 5454 (TNB) with Maybank Visa before? Manage to perform the transactions successful after entered TAC but transactions was unsuccessful later. Called CS and was told that JomPay does not support payment from credit card, only SA. After convince with the blur CS that in Maybank website stated that credit card is one of the paying option for JomPay, the CS then tell that only some biller can accept credit card, and biller 5454 (TNB) unable accept credit card for JomPay. Since I have no clue whether biller 5454 can pay with CC, I ended the conversation with the CS by accepting the fact. Anyone here could verify this?

With myTNB app, things are much easier.

Some merchants opt NOT to accept payment from credit card using jompay, posibly higher charges, another example is Great Eastern insurance, and using rhb will upright written this biller does not accept credit card.

I've try at 2 different petrol station this week. When slot in the amex card, the terminal show me please insert card again and try few time also the same. No issue after slot in my visa card.

How about other merchants?

Haven't try, always use this amex card for shell petrol only
