How to apply

Option 1 : Online Application

Login to www.maybank2u.com
Select Account & Banking
Select All Cards
Select “Apply Balance Transfer”
Follow a simple steps to apply

Option 2: Complete the Balance Transfer application form       

Drop off:
Your application at your nearest Maybank/Maybank Islamic branch nationwide
Fill in application form
Provide a copy of latest statement(s) from the credit card account (of other bank)

OR

Email to: mbbcardservices@maybank.com

Terms and Conditions

Applicable to Maybank MasterCard, Visa or American Express Credit Cards Cardmembers to transfer outstanding balances from credit card account(s) with other financial institution to any Maybank Credit Card account subject to the Terms and Conditions herein.
The transfer is not eligible within Maybank Credit Card
Minimum transfer amount RM1,000 and maximum transfer amount RM50,000 per application.
Upfront fee of 3% for Balance Transfer 0% 12 months is WAIVED during the Campaign period
Total Balance Transfer sales volume allocated for this campaign is only up to RM120M. The campaign will be stopped upon the fund has fully depleted.
By participating in this campaign, cardmember is bind to agree in accessing Maybank website at maybank2u on regular basis to view the terms and conditions and to ensure that they are kept-up-to-date with any changes or variations made to the terms and conditions.
