I'm using wretch.cc now. Planning to buy a domain for it. Wondering whether I can move everything to the new domain or not?

Domain is just the name like yourname.com. A domain is not a server.

Okie, say.. I have somewhere to host my blog but I just wanna buy a domain. How does redirect work?

You host your blog somewhere.
Let say A

So you just point your domain name to A address/ DNS

i've bought a domain in godaddy. does anyone know how to redirect to my blog in blogspot? change which part in the dns? also, if i were to do the redirection, the blog will still be read with the blogspot add right?

instead of changing the DNS, you can do a forwarding where you forward yourdomain.com to yourblog.blogspot.com.

Look in your godaddy domain config section. Should have forwarding there.

blogger.com allow ppl to use all its features but change the domain name instead of yourname.blogspot.com?

how do I change the domain name entirely? like for example.

my blog link shows sheep319.com
but after clicking on a link, it shows sheep319.freepgs.com (which is where i'm hosting my blog)

Unfortunately, you can't do that unless you use paid hosting.

Yes, you will need to pay for the hosting.

For your information, be it free blog hosting, free web hosting, free forum hosting... etc, you get only yourname.provider.com, which is the subdomain of the provider. Your hosting account does not have any DNS zones and thus, you cannot add your domain to the entries to reflect it on the visitors' browsers.

So far the only free blog hosting that allows you to use your own domain that I know of is Blogger (Blogspot).
