Last nite played gw2 and the game crashed said the memory problem

After i restart the pc, the pc boot and it stuck at scanning and repairing drive C: 0% for hours.
Try to enter the advanced troubleshoot. Tried chkdsk but fail. System restore failed too due no restore point. Window repair failed too.

Any idea how to solve it guys?

Beep? No ideas lol..
I dont think it is hdd kaput coz the memory error happen 3x playing the same game and this issue happen.

Send to pc repair and they just format and all problem settled.. is there any way to repair this other than format
