Hi All,

Currently my condo is having a deficit of about RM400k+ recorded in the audited accounts book of my condo. This was shown during first AGM.

My question is, who is responsible for this amount after JMB is formed? Is it bear by the developer (because this amount is before JMB is formed) or bear by JMB (because JMB is formed with the knowledge of the amount shown during AGM).
