from my opinion, bulk clearly means ordering in bulk(big quantity) and sell it at cheaper price...
we also can consider it as group-buy so we reach certain quantity to get discounts... anyway, i would it to urge that, bulk order is not for those who got stock in hand....but rather need to order and got time-frame to arrive...(referring to the bulk rules no.5) |
