the problem is.....
buyers didn't wait to wait for the MoQ,
if the MoQ is 10 they'll think its too high....
waiting is too long

always they PM u and tell "PM me back if MoQ is nearly reach"
if all ppl like that how in the hell we want to fill the MoQ?

so now many sellers put 1-2 MoQ to attract buyers
even sellers with 5 MoQ also consider too high
customers didn't want to wait
worst case for oversea bulkers, we have to lower down the MoQ
to prevent buyers go to the other sellers

we cant offer ridiculous 1-2 MoQ bcoz the shipping fees is killing us
and even 5 MoQ will only give us hundreds but the cost is thousands

and not to mention the mentality of Garage Sales for 2nd hand items
so sellers didnt want their thread there,
so they offer 1-2 MoQ so the thread can stay here
even though actually they have stocks ready

UltraConductor_41, unless u mean by "sometime...bulk also can mean tat im buying or order the thing in large quantity...den sell it in cheap price compare to market....which provide fast shipping becos of stock in hand..." u mean in numbers of 5 more? Either case if u really did than ur stock WILL BE LIMITED by the fact that u ONLY HAVE THAT NUMBER OF ITEMS IN UR HAND. Hence the reason for stating limited stock n quantity of it.

Now i am tired of hearing the sellers complain 'on the buyer's behalf' since it is clear it is more of moving goods as fast as possible to earn cash. IF the buyers really do find it a problem when seller's follow these simple guidelines than i am sure they will be happy to let me know by posting here on how unfair i am on letting the sellers push off their stuff like a shop.

If u r in damn desperate need to open a virtual shop in LowYat.Net then go to Price & Dealers Guide http://forum.lowyat.net/Price&DealersGuide and ask to open up a sub forum in ur name.

That sentence there concludes everything, if u have the stock in hand, it doesn't belong under the Bulks no matter what (well maybe some exceptions)
And 1 unit is not a MOQ (hello, anyone with a brain can figure out that it's just a dumb excuse to bend the rules, and a very lousy one)
If you're saying we should allow single unit sellers in the bulks, what differentiates them from a seller under the Garage Sales section?
While the term Garage Sale might mislead ppl, it is not a section exclusively for used items

So its a time limit bulk. Buyers got to wait 1 week for their order to start processing, then after that shipping?

Set it as a weekly bulk. Exactly 1 week for order collecting. Then close that bulk n process the orders then open another take orders again.

i have few questions. sorry for the "non-clever" questions.. blush.gif

1) let say im selling electronic devices such as HP.. my overseas supplier require minimum 5 in order to get lower prices. but if more than 10 order, the price will be much more lower.

2) buyer will have to wait until i get at least 5 order for us to enjoy lower prices. from origin country to here may take about 3-4 days delivery.

3) ref to item 1 & 2, it looks like pre-order isn't it? which forum is suitable for me to place it? is it considered as MOQ or BULK?
