1 year contract internet?, Want to install internet in rent house!

Basically i and my friends will stay in rent house for 1 year . There are no internet service currently in the house. I have searched unifi but the contract is 24month(2 years).
The house have 7 peoples and will need unlimited quota! Any help?? |

install Unifi and get a good router to control the traffic, if there is early termination fees just collect upfront
