love the glass back on iphone 4. glad they made it back
meanwhile Iphone X is the one to get if bank allowed. drawback is the efficiency of FaceID.

A full screen without the top and btm black bar is more attractive. Ip 8 is a small upgrade. Given the pricing different, X is the one to get.

for me, TouchID is the fastest and convenient way to unlock.
coz you can do so without need the camera facing you.
eg. unlock the phone the moment you put your hand in your pocket to take it out.

gotta see how it perform in total darkness as well, although it had infra red.

my ip5s still can last until now...altho i just use it for MY number when go back to Msia.
still, there's no noticeable lag/slow/delay.

best to get it for Iphone X due to 1st batch new tech.
Ip8 is just upgrade for ip7, hence i don't think you need it as well.

another major reason is Availability. (stock is going to be so so so so low for this new Gen)
Design dated, but it still work.
