Face ID, I'm happy with my touch ID , I don't really need face id.
Camera is probably on par with the 8+

The only thing interesting about iphone X is the OLED screen.

On day light seems IP8 has the edge over N8 but on low light seems N8 has the edge. Depends on you whether you prefer android or IOS.

This is not bursting. Such bloated battery issue happens in every generation of iPhone, it will happen in X and also the iPhone-whatever next year until there is a new battery tech.

I have been using ip 5s for the past 4 years and my phone battery issue has been worsening...still considering whether I should go for ip 7 plus or 8 plus

1) price - too expensive mang

2) design - did u saw how the front camera set cuts on your display? lol. i dont mind the ip6 design, i prefer it to be simple and works everytime i expect it to work. i think this bezel-less trend is not for me. it may look stunning in a flat surface (table) but most of the time u r holding your phone and ur hands gonna have to grip on the screen eventually to secure ur phone from dropping (idk about you but i got big fat hands, dont h8 m8)

3) spec - same important stuff wo

4) features - faceID is mehh, i'd wait another gen or two. touchID reliable bigly

Am using a 7 Plus case for the 8 Plus and you’re right, there is a minuscule difference in dimensions between the two phones and some may be more difficult to insert in and remove, like my current Spigen Crystal Hybrid. It’s a very tight fit for the 8 Plus.
