If a 16GB phone lasted two years for you then the 64GB one will probably be sufficient so I would go for the 8 Plus.

If you ask me 7+ is sufficiently fast. Little difference between the two actually.

If you can live without 8+ little upgrade in camera and wireless charging (which i think are the only main features) 7+ is good enough.

the A11 is already enough to justify for the 8. I'll pick the 8 anytime.

64gb should be enough. Currently at 34gb with about 10gb in music and videos. 7-8gb for system and the rest for a myriad of apps. Not including photos or video taken by the phone yet.

Similar to my problem. If you can last 2 years with 16GB. I'm very sure you can last way longer with 64GB (4X more).
Worst come to worst just subscribe to icloud(RM3.90 50GB) and upload all your old photos there. Let's face it people don't browse for old photos .

iphone 7 hard to find at any telcos that offer plans with it already.. many ppl grabbed it earlier when the price dropped. If you wanted 7 you should have went for it during the Apple's announcement last month. Now only options are phone only purchases.. brand new iPhones in boxes without plans. One iPhone 7 /Plus would cost nearly same as a iPhone 8/Plus 64gb on Digi's 78 plan already. Top up a few hundred will get iPhone 8 might as well go for it? (Digi 78 plan slashes the price as much as RM1k)

Did not regret after testing out my iPhone 8 64gb on some games. Super smooth and good. Zero lag / crash even after playing it long (google Transformers Forged to Fight - very high end game there). Gonna test the cameras heavily too after this. That A11 chip is really something no joke bros.

For myself, its purely because of the touch id.

8+ replaces my already sold Note 8.

When X comes, it’ll replace my 8 Plus, wife gets the 8 Plus and I sell her 7 Plus. Everyone happy and not too serious damage on the wallet
