Hi all,
This is an update to people who bought iPhones from Lazada by Juara ICT. Please see below my current situation: 1) Purchased my phone on midnight of 11.11 (Satuday) 2) Received a called from ICT Juara (Sunday) to request me to change colour as Gold out of stock. 3) Monday i checked with Lazada, as my concern why my order is still processing since they day i purchase. 4) Tuesday I checked with Lazada again, they are not even helpful as what they can say is i will receive my iphone by Saturday this week ie. 18th November 2017 5) Tuesday I called Juara ICT head office, ask when my order will be shipped, they have advise, my order will be cancelled due to I am paying less as I am staying in Labuan. Its either 2 option: 1) I top up for GST 2) cancel to get refund. 6) I have spoken with Asklaz in regard of my situation, she advised me not to top up any GST amount. She will revert me within 24 hours. We will wait. What I can say is, not all order which is not be cancelled are secured. They will still cancelling your order as of now. Please be informed, I have been active in /k Lazada thread, there is one buyer from Juara ICT has been told his iphone will be shipped on Saturday too. Good luck |
