is this mean that HK set that they selling is not claimable here in Malaysia, even after the iphone 8 launches here in Malaysia?

That's need to be clarify later when it launch here.
Alternatively we can send it back without shipping charges to T&L Telecom.

Thanks.
iPhone X too expensive. out of budget already. Also, any difference between HK set and SG or MY set? it seems so many forumers bought HK set.

Price different 64GB and 256GB is RM750 or more friend.

Yes, but does it justify as worth the gap from 64GB to 256GB.

The LTE Band is for the US like Verizon.
For Malaysia, the band supposed to be AT&T.....I wanted to buy from US but found out that AT&T does not sell outright.

Ok, i recheck, seems like for the X and also the 8+, the LTE bands are similar except A1865 has an additional CDMA band which we dont use here in Malaysia (CDMA in Japan and Verizon..etc only)
So does it mean that if i can any other 2 models will work here and best is to get A1895 as it has additional band. I'm planning to get either in US or HK

Cellular and Wireless

Model A1865*

FDD-LTE (Bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 66)

GSM/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)

Model A1901*

Model A1901 does not support CDMA networks, such as those used by Verizon and Sprint.

it depends if you need that much of space. I got used to big space since 7+, and enjoy putting all photos even very old one into my devices. 256GB really give you the freedom to record 60fps 1080p or 4k without worries. If you can live with 64GB and don't intend to keep this very long(cycle next year) 64GB maybe enough.

Thank you for your insights. I intend to use the phone for a few years, until the a11 chip runs out of its capabilities

Maybe the gap is worth for my case, I hope.

Enjoy the high quality video with the new phone, 60fps really looks different than 30fps, if you have higher resolution screen than 1080p then can try 4k 60fps video, pretty sure it looks cool. Load your phone with high quality audio and video as well, get a good headphone and you will know how good your decision is to have 256GB space.
