There is always 14days refund by lazada so not a problem if anything happened to your item during shipping. I had bought many phones or fragile items before so far good experience even buy from lazada. No worries. But easyphone by celcom also another good alternatives. I want subsidize phone or else buying from lazada is equally saving a lot.

Well technically you can choose not to rent the phone. Don’t pay the device upgrade fee, just pay the normal Zerolution fee for 2 years then the phone is yours.

exactly lol, then it defeat the purpose of zerolution, that's why I always thought its a bad plan.. pay to rent a phone for a year then surrender the device back....initially I thought its good coz u can change phone yearly, and don't need to handle with care, scratches etc no issue, as long as working condition u can surrender back and swap a new one.... but if do proper math, you're just renting it with high $$ for a year lol..
