Ive been using i8 plus for nearly 2 weeks now, since I bought in Saudi Arabia, this is my review.
- Overall feeling is like I7 plus, the cpu wont be utilized much by IOS 11 btw - battery usage is similar to i7 plus (i dont notice much differences) - camera for portrait is superb, i mean damn excellent (major selling point) - minor camera upgrades in general for still picture - ois in videos works great, less shake compared to i7 plus - all i7 plus casing and tempered glass works perfectly (tested by me as I upgrade from 7 plus as well) - all wireless charger work with i8 plus, I used samsung wireless charger btw - the system with lastest ios update will consume 5.83 Gb, and I installed nearly 65 apps and still having 51.55 gb left (mine is 64gb) - if you like videos, go for 256, if you are casual user like me, with hundreds of whatsapp images...64gb is more than enough Guide for storage is below link :- https://www.phonearena.com/news/64GB-or-256...e-space_id98083 I quote from the website link above :- "Okay! So which one do I get: 64GB or 256GB iPhone 8? On a 64GB iPhone 8, you can store 1000 songs, 2500 regular photos, 2500 Live Photos, 2 hours of 4K video at 30fps, 20 of the most popular apps, 10 of the most popular games, and Apple's own productivity suite of applications. That's a lot of stuff, and if you think you can fit within these figures, then you'll be totally fine with a 64GB iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus. " |

QUOTE(M4A1 @ Oct 17 2017, 01:27 PM) try out 8+ almost a week already you can use 4 digit code, unless you install a company email such as mine and the safety requirement is 6 digit passcode or touch idso far no difference for me except camera...(too clear) and the passcode become freaking long...from 4 digit to 6 digit? anyway to reduce it ? |

Why you should upgrade from 6, 7 to 8 plus :
- better camera (OIS works pretty well) - potrait mode is the best camera i've used - wireless charging (really convenient) - if you're gadget freak (like to have advance gadget almost every year) - you don't wanna be left behind with your friend Why you shouldn't upgrade - if you're are a simple user, mails, casual usage with picture - if you're hesitate ix vs 8 plus...go for ix, sell your 6 or 7 and start saving - if you don't have money, 6 or 7 can last you , maybe another 1 or 2 more year(s) well, im a gadget freak.. |

QUOTE(attw @ Oct 30 2017, 04:13 PM) Am using a 7 Plus case for the 8 Plus and you’re right, there is a minuscule difference in dimensions between the two phones and some may be more difficult to insert in and remove, like my current Spigen Crystal Hybrid. It’s a very tight fit for the 8 Plus. ovelrall 0.2mm not gonna feel much, im using 7 plus casing and it fits[attachmentid=9284982] |
