can anyone know if I got an itunes account with some purchased app and sign in this account installed those purchased app then sign out and sign in another account will those purchased app I installed from the first itune account still can use?

anyone using Digi caries? Why my ip8+ inside Cellular Data Options dont have option to edit APN, there are only two option either Enable 4G and Data Roaming
