Also found an interesting vid regarding the fast charging in ip8.
Timer at 8.00m of the vid.
lol damn.. means the fast charging 30W doesn't work as stated for the iPhone 8 (video shows it stopped at around 15-16W)?? what a bummer.. no point buying a 30W charger then
own kid able to unlock her iPhone X.. good thing we didn't go for iPhone X. Imagine if u have kids and they unlock + purchase something on their game using your credit card lol..
Its 1k difference bro. Let says Maxis for instance(MOP128). iPhone 8+ 64gb = 2615 iPhone X 64gb = 3505
The difference of 900. Personally don't think the Face ID is ready yet, as it is still slower than Fingerprint unlock. The animoji is not my type, I am not gay. Having say that, I don't selfie alot, the back camera with portrait features are already perfect for me (take picture during vacation maybe) Also, both of these device got the same brain, you know what? iPhone 8+ should have a battery life than iPhone X.
Upon choosing the iPhone 8+, i saved RM900 for not getting the X.. With this RM900,maybe i can invest heavily on the below: 1) Apple watch (top up few hundreds) 2) Fast charging charger + Wireless charger + screen protector + casing 3) return ticket to Taiwan? Bangkok?
go travel with your friends la. See the world more when you're still young, rich, and have freedom.
when married like me tied down with kids hard to go anywhere.. due to kids being so young or lack of $$.

Yea bro, will do so while i am still young. How's about your iphone 8 plus? any bad and good about it? Or regret of getting the 8 plus
it's a gaming monster...
previously played Transformers: Forged to Fight on my Honor 8 just after a while will lag like mad.. on here smooth all the way even if I'm to play it for a long time till 0 battery. Not much heat also. Its A11 chip is amazing.
tried other games all super smooth also. Gaming is the main reason I got it. Hated the iPhone X due to Face ID and lack of a fingerprint sensor.
No regrets so far just wished it's a bit lighter.

Glad that i make up your mind. Seriously, nothing to feel regret. I read somewhere, OLED pixels will die after 1 or 2 years which will affect the screen colour quality? I don't know what it means though, so the old one will be better. Since the previous phone is using the same screen, this would be the smart choice.
Good to hear that Hope we continue loving our iphone 8+, do not regret for not getting the X. X is totally overpriced, but many of them are rich. Hope one day I am in that category soon.
Yea bro, agreed with you also. People who are with sweat fingers might love the new Face ID features. But as for convenience, i believe touch ID would still on top of it. For instance if we are driving, we will place our thumb on the fingerprint unlock to unlock the phone. Meanwhile, Face ID, you need to put attention on the front Face ID sensor, only swipe up to unlock. I know we don't drive and use phone, but still, i appreciate your thoughts on Face ID is more convenience. If one day apple make it, we look at the phone, without waking up the screen/wake up by raise to wake, then the phone unlocked immediate it, it would be much faster maybe?
and iPhone X's notch is horrendous.. Steve Jobs wouldn't have approve such a massive design flaw!!
Touch ID can be placed at the back or side (similar to Razer phone) so there's no excuse for iPhone X not to have it. It is extra layer of security especially when it comes to banking applications or in app purchasing. Face ID still has so much flaws in it - just youtube all the vidos to see how bad it is.
Decided to purchase the 8 plus. Cannot decide which color though. Gold and black both looks amazing. The gold back is so classy but the black front well.. It's like a perfect monolith. If only black front and gold back.
imo i feel gold and silver suits females better (since front is white). For guys most of us would prefer black.
iPhone 8 Plus is super fragile due to glass back.. better don't save on getting a good case. (many fake UAG tho on the market make sure it's ori before buy)
Otterbox case also I heard they are good.
Both offer higher drop range if your phone ever accidentally dropped to to the ground.
Earlier I was using Spigen Liquid Armor Case but feel it's too thin for me... UAG one is wayyy better.
Android is better if you're going for productivity and ease of access (such as transferring songs and any files). Android has widgets, stylus features on some models, larger display, always-on display, microSD card support, headphone jack, etc etc all for a lower price too.
For camera wise, gaming, and intensive applications/multitasking iPhone beats Android flat out. This is due to it being more optimized in every way (the way iOS is made).
Hoping one day Android will catch up to Apple. More competition is better for us all.

Having said that, new iPhone will cost RM10k soon. But I appreciate what Apple has given so far, most of my friends also comment that iphone is less laggy compare to android phones.
before they can reach there hopefully Android will give them a nice spanking soon by beating them in every category.
only way to humble the big Apple.
it is possible in time.. just watch how AMD teach Intel a lesson by outperforming them with their new AMD Ryzen chips + a lower selling price.
