Uber navigation app is pure fail, navigates a way which unable to pass through in KL area. Long time and distance still heavy jam. Still adjust my fare . shit

Is the boost being calculated since the start point we pick up the rider? or take effect at the end point? Or start and end must be in boost area only able to get ?
