ublur system sometimes pop up message that rider "pick up location updated" on the way to pick them up

press the button the gps will reset....after that ask rider after pick up in the car ,but they said never changed their pick up address in app.

the ublur rider app can auto detect the rider latest position if they move to another nearby location?

I find it quite accurate.

some inactive drivers get two tier quest.
$$ per trip on first tier is usually higher...ublur think these drivers won't drive much to hit the second tier target anyway.

somehow ublur need to find out root cause why their driver act certain ways. die 2 ask their driver to follow their rules such as maintaining high acceptance rate won't work....

want to ban their drivers also need to consider the no of driver in the street.

ublur still got their loyal riders....
it is the driver relationship/ retentions needs to properly manage...balance out the interest of driver vs ublur/riders.

no necessary to be too nice but at least ok ok like that...then drivers still drive ublur for their own reasons.

Ublur better come out with counter measurement fast....b4 crapcar lure away most of their drivers...

don't still blur2 sit insides the office and said things like to their drivers: "u don't like then don't drive lah, nobody force u to drive uber" etc.

short terms - uber should consult their own company legal team, pretty sure that what crapcar is doing there, i.e., driver declare their loyalty to crapcar and stop driving uber, has contradicted some relevant law....meet up their competitor in court. Of course, ublur may not win the case and it is depends on how they argue the case in the court.

Tak kan crapcar keep luring their drivers away....and ublur rely on recruiting the new drivers to replace the existing drivers + banned former crapcar drivers to pick up their customer.


longer terms - ublur need to come out with better driver retention strategies in particular the current pricing structure.

lol. I never consider myself as old and experienced drivers.....my driving experience is as long as the time I start participating in this thread (v1)

Yes. I am demanding. low fare is one things, what I don't like most are all those "funny" stuff in the system....such as toll, boost etc. not captured in my payment statement. one of the Uber staff used to told me we need to check carefully and this is due to their system is not perfect....I somehow think it is not.

By the way, good luck to uber in recruiting new drivers. Hope there are still lots of new drivers who are blur2 joining them.

It is possible that upfront fare are not honored again ....one rider complaint to me yesterday that his fare in rider app is lower. Cash trip.

Never trust Uber map, I only trust Waze. In fact, kena multiple times from rider, Uber apps show it 2 min away, but, waze say 20 min. Called rider, kena scold.
