Well just registered Uber after 1 week driving with Grab.

Too less pings with Grab. Gonna open both apps same time and whichever dpt request, ambik jer.

sukak diorang lah......they just wanna kill time, at same time talk to some one, or explore new places. 

Making money is secondary for them, the fare just like their lunch cost to them...

For you guys driving full time, or for intention of making some money, with almost every week petrol price increase, good luck  Double pity for those purposely bought new car just for it   

Maybe new cars not yet feel it yet, after few years, daily almost 300-400km travel, your car definitely need major overhaul, another big chunk of money out, or usual car life cycle, if properly maintained, can last easily 5-7 years or 200k-250k km, before major overhaul required, but, driving Uber/ Grab, after 2-3 years your car feel similar to 5-7 years car jor.....then, u forced to either do major overhaul, and constant repair and maintainance, or forced sell it off coz every month repair cost also almost like new instalment.

later when uber pool came into picture, driver earning will be even higher than now. They think their current fare is on the high side.

for me, no AR requirement, I will choose to accept those less than 6KM. Unlike crapcar, even for flexi, need to maintain 30% AR

Also, rider quality is better, and more civilized ppl compared to crapcar. One more, there's a cancellation fee for those no show rider or cancel when about to arrive.

Anyone with driving exp in Seremban alone only? If we to do full time, would we get around 3to4k per month the least?

Also, any incentives or tips and tricks for Seremban area?

Myself drive 3 hrs but just make net earning of RM44. All short trip except 2 long trip of RM20 and RM10. Pick up location all almost 5km o higher. Consider lost for my drive.

I think most of the taxi driver quit after few days.....vomit blood when they see uber fare

Their normal taxi fare easily double the uber fare(without surge or boost)

the base fare is still very low, while per km increase 5cent?      not sure if i wanna laugh or cry

uber still can do mer? last week saturday so farking jam at main highboost area like pavilion ts nu sentral but end up no boost at all at these area, peak hour ler, come one lar uber , u so low price to driver already its over already, why no boost at all?

That SD is abused by those drivers who under ACE incentive, let say they set target at UM and keep playing around that area to get higher amount of short trips.

Uber discover that and turn off SD function to prevent abuse, indirectly u all buta buta kena lor.

Nowadays i realize on peak hour without surge, Uber is cheaper than Grab, while non-peak hour, Uber is more expensive than Grab after the price revision.

There is actually a 3rd type of rider.
Those that doesn't need a ride, but requested a ride because it's free or less than rm3.
The 2 types you have mentioned actually needs a ride to go somewhere.

What they should do is implement ACE incentive.Then these 1-2km rides will suddenly become most desirable trips
