No need report, i can already tell u what they gonna say. This is upfront pricing, we have to honor it, rider love upfront pricing with no suprise and bcos of that increase in demand bla bla bla..basically tell u fuck off, u collect & earn whatever the fuck we give u
It was super jam. Suppose take only <4mins..
Ya, the private school go off at 3pm i think..like i said, just avoid and dont be tempted to drive in that area during that hour.
This upfront pricing thingy is really the dumbest policy on earth. Traffic jam can occur anytime of the day due to the smallest issue like accident etc..uber's map service does not monitor real time traffic..
But anyways la..take this as lesson learnt the hard way..
Upfront fare is actually the brightest idea by their execs.
This way, fare remains low and riders are happy to continue using Uber - and the loss is transferred to the drivers.
And Uber keeps leeching on the commission, 2x win situation for them.

Just try and report. If they give standard reply, post it to their Facebook or something. Buat kecoh or something.
Upfront pricing is the dumbest?
Grab's fixed price is dumber.
That day got one passenger tell me to take the wrong way then it was a huge round to get back to his destination. Total distance become double.
Luckily it was Uber, not Grab. Then he report me for Navigation. Wadefak? I change his rating to 2 stars.
Well, Grab has it's weaknesses as well.
But then, you can see the fare before accepting a trip - so you can blame no one if it sux.
And also if you're trapped in an unexpected traffic, you have HG to fall back to.
Income-wise, Grab beats Uber by a mile.
Drive for fun, maybe Uber.
