(Require 3 pcs for 5star above) Increase skill level with skill level materials or combine with same type of equipment. Highest cap is 60 at the moment. Im at 16k cp lvl 21. My items are for beginners. I just upgrade them all because i think it might help me progess in the game but still im very incompetent. I have limitations in doing some stuffs.
