I have this issue too. I chatted with lazada and the rep told me, in my case, the order is under verification and they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. I prefer to wait than just go pay, to avoid any problem.

Honestly halfway chatting, I was like, "ok maybe I should not have contacted them and just pay directly in case suddenly they decide to cancel on the spot"
but anyway I can only pay from tomorrow (tunggu gaji) so lets see if any email comes in today.

I notice lately that some Aliexpress items have Paypal as one of payment methods. But I advise not to pay Aliexpress seller through Paypal when it's not indicated as accepted payment method, because there's possible risk in case you need to 'open dispute'.
