Sounds like similar to my case. they offered me sum up voucher of refund + sorry voucher together about rm100 voucher which I refused.
I opt for refund to my card just as I paid. No sorry voucher is fine. Then he offered refund (to my acc) + sorry voucher. I accept.
Then till now, no sign of refund reflect in my acc.

I did not threaten them, I just report when I found their response and way of handling case terrible. After I report then I inform them I with the report number.

If you plan to make report, please make ASAP when you caught their wrong.

As for my case, KPDNKK keep contacting me regarding my report, ask if the case solved or not.
And it's been more than 15 days since their first contact with me, and now they're opening new case file for investigation.
