Tomorrow Lazada will be processing a lot of cancelled order due to some payment not successfully went through.

Hi guys,

What if the items has passed the said delivery window?
I should be receiving items on 4th September however now a week later, it is still in processing.

I have contact by asking seller on product page. And was told to ask Lazada. Now, Lazada ask me to contact seller again. I doubt this seller has posted the items. The shop is Sold and Fulfilled by seller and not Lazada.

I kinda regret asking Lazada for help and they keep saying that they are waiting for feedback from seller. I mean it has been two weeks now.

Lazada only want me to cancel the items but irony is, the refund process will be very slow and I also doubt Lazada really make an effort to contact seller by phone. They maybe just email the seller only. Hurm.

First time having this, I'm escalating to KPDNKK hopefully will make the problem lifted further. 😂😂

Don't know if this is glitch or what but usually Lazada Watson store has minimum purchase if we buy stuff from them.

But now, it seems like there is free standard delivery even if you buy 1 product. So it is very convinient indeed.
