most local CS that i encounter will "check" with their finance team before giving out SV but today chat with a pinoy CS and just asked about compensation voucher since item fulfilled by lazada but exceed expected delivery period and he email me after 5 min....

but yeah, still depends on luck...like now some ppl get revalidate 29kaw and some dont even get anything in return after cancellation...

are u sure u followed the correct steps? usually the status will appear as pending in your account few hours after you successfully placed your order...

those tnc are mostly use to protect themselves but usually they will close 1 eye and keep their customer happy in most situation and might revalidate your voucher if your order is cancelled due to fault at seller side...
