I am helping someone to look for a room around kl city centre with public transportation to Hang Tuah /Imbi area. Room should be fully furnished with bed, pillow, cupboard, work desk and chair. Aircon (only use about 1-2 hrs per day) and stand fan should be provided. There should be wifi, washing machine, hot shower, cooking utensils, microwave, tv, etc. Preferably requires only 1 month deposit. Rental should be "all inclusive".
