Just factory reset my tx3
Just installed only one app astro go (latest)
Still the same stuck 2-3 seconds every few minutes
Last time didn't experience this before

i used tx3 mini android version 9. aotg very smooth. maybe you need change ur webview.

no need... once logged in, it stays logged in.

new apk, just sideload, open, and it continues working.

no problem for tx3 s905x3 and tx3 max with latest apk.

What I'm trying to say is, as you report to Astro that you're having trouble logging in to Astro Go account, and when they ask you whether did you try to log in using "unauthorised devices" (i.e. TV boxes), you just say "No, I didn't" lah.
You could say "I have a big family in house, and they use many laptops, phones and tablets to log in using the same Astro Go account."

Then who knows, they might think that it is a false positive detected on their side, so they'll just remove whatever login restrictions on your account. And, you can add some drama and say things like " Please fix this ASAP cuz some of my family members still can't login to the Astro Go account to watch their favourite shows..." or things like "Previously they can log in, now suddenly some devices cannot."

seriously... if u work for azztro or hv connections with them, try to push them for astrogo to work on ATV la...

so blardy recalcitrant, refused for so long to let it work on google certified devices.

today... uniftv+lionsgate+iqiyi+viu+TVBanywhere... + netflix, amazon prime, disney+hotstar - all working on ATV, very nice.

yet this ass retreat n hide behind own boxes.
