Netflix HD works for my KM3 box which i think its similar to KM9 Pro model but AOUTG not sure since i don't have a subs to test

KM3 Netflix FIXED
On Netflix i can confirm at least in HD & some with 4k are getting UHD

Hence the term I used "officially"... I've learnt that those capable of figuring such stuff out will simply do just that...and not resort to asking such basic questions. So when I see such from a "newbie", I typically respond in that manner so they do not get the impression that modded stuff equals legit and or it'll always work. Later they buy and Netflix patches stuff.. They flip table. biggrin.gif

New option for people looking for certified device that can play netflix HD@4K and live TV HD Astrogo at the same time:

1. Nvidia Shield
2. Amazon Fire TV Cube

I have tested beta and official AOTG on firestick 4K.. the live TV HD lagging similar to mibox..

go for aftv cube then.. only drawback is no google playstore.. instead using amazon appstore.. a bit of learning curve to install 3rd party app..

but imho, aftv stick 4k is much more better choice compared to mibox s..

Update:
AOTG Mod still working fine but,
I realize one thing about the App. It was design for swipe capable devices i.e. tablet, smartphones. Which brings me to use an Air Mouse.
Currently for those using TX3 or A95x, any experience or tips on the Air Mouse?

I'm currently using an old Bluetooth keyboard with touch pad, but it isn't really responsive with the TVBox. Not sensitive at all.

Swiping in the air is something we are not very used to.

I think it is far better by using just an normal usb wireless optical mouse. Need a mousepad or something flat to reflect the light. But it is far easier to navigate than using an air mouse - to me. Because that's something we are used to when using computer mouse. Find a wireless optical mouse which has a button turn on and turn off. Save battery.

Tx3, the remote control can do... enough.

I set just a few favorites.... with the rc toggle between scrolling and selecting, it works well enough.

Yes it has... You just don't have to use a subpar airmouse. I've used the Minix Neo A2 Lite airmouse for years and it's hands down, one of the best out there.. I assume the newer Neo A3 version would be the same. I prefer the heft and shape for a living/media room over a PC mouse. IMO, the latter does not belong in the living room (without a PC) area either. So yeah, if budget permits, get a better airmouse. Swiping is normal as the apps were made for touchscreen and not typical remotes.

I don't think it has much to do with the choice of air mouse. We can't anchor an air mouse cursor properly to a particular point on the TV screen properly when using air mouse. When using an traditional optical mouse, you get to achieve the accuracy easily.

How did you get AOTG installed on a firestick.
I tried installing the APK via unofficial site, it didn't work.

I used adb command line.. i downloaded the apk from apkpure website.. then connect to my firestick using adb over wifi.. then issue a windows command line adb install astrogo.apk something like that..

i suggest you download on your stick app name downloader from troypoint.. something like a browser that facilitates download process..

1. Download and install Downloader from Amazon App Store
2. Launch Downloader
3. Open google
4. Search for this exact keyword "apkpure astro go", without the quote " symbols
5. Download and install astro go

No need for mouse/airmouse.. you can use the remote to navigate around..

I agree with @puchongite on the accuracy. Sometimes while relaxing, have get up to get better signal & improve the precision. Years ago, I used a BT keyboard DiNovo Mini to control a minitower Desktop PC i put in the hall as 'HTPC'
Sadly logitech never continue this product line.

IMO, if you still living with them or they are non techno-phobia, go ahead. I try to avoid when there are problems like unable see WLT310, call me at work to help troubleshoot.

I am now a firm believer of just an ordinary wireless optical mouse. Keyboard input is not really important for TV. Any string search can be entered using virtual keyboard.

biggrin.gif your fingers must be as fat as mine.

seriously, i agree... wireless mouse is cheap and effective.

i have 3 of them + 1 airmouse on 4 devices.

the airmouse is used in the least used one. laugh.gif
