Hi there guys, i’m new here. I’m using 4k sharp smart tv now, with a beelink gt1 mini. I bought it previously with pre-install apps, target to watch movie from kodi & subscribe iptv for astr0.

But now just found out my parents got unused astr0 go id and i want to migrate to netflix 4k to fully utilised my tv.

Mibox s will be just the one for netflix@4k, however many complain it to be lagging for live tv astr0 go.

Nvidia shield too far to reach.
Thinking to sell my gt1 mini, tx3 will be good alternative for aotg while mibox s for netflix.

Gt1 mini can only manual unroot right? Will it remove the pre installed apps?

Get the TX3 S905X3, and not the original TX3. You won't get Netflix 4K though with that box, but you will get to access Astro Go. I wouldn't suggest unrooting the Beelink GT-1 Mini. It is extremely risky and could brick your box.

your tv should have netflix hd/4k... so, that is settled - u can just subscribe any way u want it - easy.

astrogo... if u have id/pw, that is great - it can use on 4 devices at any one time.

yr GT1 mini may be able to do astrogo - u need to ask the sifus and users how to do it... unroot, hide root, mask root, modified app, whatever:

if that fails, u can consider tx3 s905x3 - it will work for astrogo.
and if rm160 is too much, go for tx3mini rm100 - it will also work but is less powerful for other things.

Nope, my tv only got youtube apps pre-installed. My mistake not considering it during buying though.
I guess the best choice now, most economic solution is selling the gt1 mini and take 2 box, mibox s(for netflix@4k) and tx3 s905x3(for astr0 go). Thanks guys.

There is tx3mini, tx3max, tx3 s905x3 (commonly called tx3 since that is the logo in the box).

TX3 S905X3 is newer and has better SoC. See TX3 thread for more info.

TX3 S905W can't play 4K Netflix, only a few boxes can. It should be able to handle 4K Youtube.

The hd channels are 720p, i believe.

Tx3 is a cheap box but functional, cant expect it to do like a rm500 or rm1k box.

Also, good tv upscaling can improve video.
