how long timeline can be taken for this to be done? if didnt do the double transfer, what happend?

Is difficult to state a standard timeline as the process involve few people ... developer, seller, buyer, bank, lawyer, lhdn and land office.

If the transfer is not completed, the buyer wont be the legal owner of the property. In short, he is not the registered owner and the property is still in the name of the seller.
