I lived and worked in Germay for a few years. Most EU countries have the EU blue card for skilled work which can be applied with a job offer. The main issue with most EU countries (except for Ireland) is the language. But if you have a specific skillset, experience and a company wants to hire you, it is relatively easy to get a visa. it's getting the job that is more difficult and the language barrier.
