maintenance until 7 am

It's actually till 930 am. They're doing a more intense maintenance this time round. Talk about bad timing sweat.gif

On an unrelated note, anyone bought a 118c dash cam from lazada before? Looking for a reputable seller.

If you have their cc, it *should* work. IIANM, the maintenance doesn't affect that.

EDIT:

This is from their FB

None. From my last search last week. Just get a119
*
Dang. Gear Best any good you think? Did some googling around and it seems the a118c is good bang for buck...though the reviews I've read thus far are quite dated. Will look into this a119 you speak off. Hopefully it's capacitor based since my current job entails a lot of parking under the hot sun sweat.gif

Thanks!

Guys, let's be a bit civil to the code providers eh? They're not your personal code extractor. If he or she wants to share, they'll post it here. Otherwise stop spamming their inbox(es).

To those non-contributors of any of the various iterations of the lazada threads, maybe you should think about giving back to the community instead of just swooping in for the code and then going whoosh. At the very least, post and let the others know which code has been taken. Very uncouth.

How to use 7-11 to buy ?

I suggest to use PM , else within minute people will use up. sad.gif.I don't need much , 1 or 2 codes for 29 ?
Maybe putting a ? is much better like code 19KAW12345 to 19KAW1234? .Let user guess ,at lease for later member still have time to use.A-Z 1-10 numbers combine 36 to test or hint ? is number/Alphabet.
Btw , anyone willing to give out 1 code for 29 ? thank you.

I thought I'd outgrown my need to disagree with someone on the internet but just this one time, I'm gonna voice out my disagreement.

I believe it's best to just post it here. Why?

Look at it from the code provider's perspective. He/she would be inundated with PMs. Imagine going to sleep and waking up to multiple PMs of people just asking for a code. You barely don't know these people, and the sole reason they're reaching out to you is due to the codes that you have. Put yourself in their shoes. How would you feel?

They're already doing a service to the community by providing said codes, for free, if I may add. You would add to their burden? LYN was founded on certain principles. Let's not forget what those principles are.

EDIT:

I realise it sounded a lot harsher than I expect it to be. Lol. I'm just a bit miffed as this affects a personal friend and I don't like friends being treated like a commodity. Try to put it in perspective. If you're doing all the heavy lifting already, and giving out alms whilst at it, only to be told, "hey, why don't you cater your charity to what we want? How would you feel?

#justsaying

Yes, I just did a # in a forum post. I am so in with this generation laugh.gif

[Rant]

Wow.

Guys, stop this spoon feeding mentality. Some kind souls have thought you how to fish, yet you still ask them for bait, rod and fishing line?

You don't even need to go to the public library to look up some of the information required. Google it. It's really not that hard.

This is what I mean when you "beri peha nak Betis". First you give voucher - people spam the benefactor's inbox. You teach them how to get the voucher, they spam the thread now with stuff that can be googled.

Come on guys. Let's keep the quality of this forum like what it used to be.

[/rant]

On a definitely unrelated note - does anyone know if banggood provide warranty for their dash cams? Googled around and answer is inconclusive. I know gear best does, but they don't have the A119.

The seller on Lazada that actually has reviews for the product doesn't provide warranty...and there's cases of the thing failing after 2 months. That's a lot of money to drop for something that has a probable service life of 60 days sweat.gif

I think you gotta update the app. Previously wasn't on the app - it got removed or something. Just checked my app again after seeing posts on these and I found that it's back. Very the confusing sweat.gif

Thanks for posting this though - I now know that it's back and can continue getting cash back biggrin.gif

Gonna be a bit random, but could anyone recommend a vacuum they bought on lazada before?

Read previous threads seems like Cornell isn't good.

Seems to varied to be googling for good vacuum reviews. Hoping to tap into the hive mind laugh.gif

Wow. I'm surprised someone actually replied tbh. Was just expecting more people to spam and ask for a 29% code laugh.gif

Anyhow, how's the vacuum so far? My sister and mum have gone through quite a number of vacuums and I'm tired of them loosing suction after a couple of months sweat.gif

I bought one before. I thought all vacuum are more or less same. Either a bag which could suck in bigger capacity or a washable one with smaller capacity. The one I bought was a Panasonic CL-435 with adjustable suction power. Later on, my SIL gave my wife another vacuum. Those smaller portable one. This one more suitable for vacuuming car due to the smaller nozzle which allow it to reach the bottom of the carpet of both front seat. Panasonic one too short, cant reach due to its bigger nozzle.

I think one of the now-useless vacuums we have at home is the one with the adjustable slider thingy. Worked well the first couple of months of use. Now it can barely vacuum anything. Still as loud but it just doesn't seem to suck very well (pun intended).

I'm looking to just vacuum my room. A Roomba or a Dyson costs too much for me.

Go for wireless vacuum. Once you go wireless, you wont look back. No unplug replug at every room hassle. The electrolux one is very good. Got it at 11th at rm3xx after applied voucher
*
Thanks for the recommendation - will look into it. Right now though, thinking of utilising the 29% voucher so might as well get it from lazada.

QUOTE(andrekua2 @ Sep 10 2017, 07:00 PM)
Really? I barely used it after I bought it. Only use it once in a while to vacuum room etc to clean the hair and dust.

Robot vacuum not ideal for room therefore dont get it. It is only suitable for living room or open space. Even then you still had to clear up those thing that might get it stuck. Bought a Samsung robot vacuum since my sister joined them early this year and could not be happier. Now my wife dont complain anymore since we just turn it on when we go to sleep when we feel the floor feel dirty. Maybe still mop once a month. LOL...

I think the one we have died really fast coz it was used to vacuum carpets in a house that has over 15 cats going in and out...so yeah, guess it didn't like all the fur laugh.gif

My bad, it wasn't the model you listed. It was a sharp - the slider had me confused with another Panasonic unit we had sweat.gif Will look into the one you recommended as well.

Thanks!

I have bought an wireless vacuum also,
Electrolux zxxxx series, forgot,
the battery dead after 1 years,
But i suspect that vacuum is imported,
due to not SIRIM sticker found,

And i heard some rumous on wireless vacuum cant last long due to battery,
so make your own decision ya
*
Thanks for the input! I think I'm gonna go for a basic vacuum now - just need to find one that won't die within a couple of months. Convenience amounts to nothing if I can't use the damn thing sweat.gif

QUOTE(OwlsHeart @ Sep 10 2017, 07:54 PM)
Heard that too before purchasing one but the battery had improved over the older models from my research, the latest one by electrolux i believe is the ZB3114AK. For this price range on a wireless vacuum cant complain much, just need to care for the battery. You need to keep the battery full at all time to prolong its lifetime even when not using. I have some relative who spent thousand on those dyson wireless vacuum and it failed within 6 months of use. He either got unlucky or misused it without proper care.
*
Quoting you so in the event that I do wanna find a wireless vacuum, I know what to get.
